You accept full responsibility for any content you or others you record contribute as Customer Data (as defined later). By recording or uploading to Intellectia any materials, recordings, videos, pictures, or files ("Customer Data"), you confirm and guarantee that Intellectia's processing of such Customer Data complies with all laws and regulations and that you will not upload, transmit, or contribute any content that:

• Is slanderous, lewd, indecent, abusive, offensive, threatening, intolerant, or otherwise unacceptable;

• Encourages explicit sexual content, violence, or prejudice based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;

• Violates any patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other proprietary rights of any party;

• Reveals private information of another individual or company;

• Breaches any person's rights (including rights to publicity and privacy) and could lead to civil or criminal liability under the law, or that might conflict with these Terms and our Privacy Policy;

• Promotes unlawful activities, or supports, incites, or helps any illegal acts;

• Causes disruption, unnecessary worry, or is likely to perturb, embarrass, alert, or irritate any other individual;

• Includes viruses, malware, spyware, or other harmful content or code, or otherwise contravenes this Agreement.

Intellectia offers a service feature that enables the recording of individual dialogues and/or the uploading of such recordings. Legal requirements for notice and consent regarding the recording of conversations vary by location. In some areas, recording others without their express written consent is illegal. You must comply with all relevant international, federal, and local laws when using this feature, which includes informing meeting participants of the recording in progress. Our services must not be used for illicit activities under any circumstances.

Your use of the Services is at your own risk and discretion and you agree to be solely responsible for your Customer Data and for any recording, submitting, and posting of Customer Data on or through the Services.
